Siberian Ivan-Tea with Cedar

     This is a healing drink with a powerful charge of energy. Ivan-Tea has anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties. Due to the essential oils and other healing substances in the cone shells, tea helps in the treatment of bronchitis and colds.

   Ingredients: fermented Chamaenerion angustifolium, Siberian Сedar cone scales.

     Brewing method: pour tea at the rate of one teaspoon per cup, pour boiling water over it and let it brew for 5 minutes. Add honey or jam for taste.
