Determination of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, as well as the terms of delivery and return of goods and the right of withdrawal of the owner of the online store. This reservation is called a distance contract (CM Terms Nr. 255).
Distance contract
The Seller of the goods offered in this Online Store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, hereby enter into the following Agreement.The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Ordering, delivery and payment arrangements
The Buyer orders the goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product using the payment tools embedded in the Internet shop or by paying the invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without signature.
The Seller shall ensure delivery of the goods within 20 days of receipt of payment for the goods, in agreement with the Buyer.
Returns and Cancellations
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred because you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without unreasonable delay and at any in the case of no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Product within 14 calendar days of receiving the Product by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the cancellation letter form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer's request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the item to the Seller within 7 days of sending the letter of refusal. All costs incurred in returning the item to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the goods ordered are, by their nature, non-returnable, perishable or perishable;
- the ordered goods are made directly to the Buyer on individual order.
Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer shall be responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer a right of withdrawal or to pay a refund in the event of damage to the Product, neglect of the Product during use or failure to follow instructions, or loss of the original packaging or material damage to the packaging.

By entering information, placing orders, the Buyer confirms that he / she has read the consent, as well as providing the data under his / her control, as well as the Buyer's orders and legal requirements of the Republic of Latvia.
